Comprehensive Hatha-Raja Yoga Journey. Learn that Yoga is 1/8 poses and 7/8 philosophy, spirituality, breathwork and meditation.

This is the initial training in the practice of Heart-based Meditation. The course is taught over 4 weeks - 1 hour of class time per week (Saturdays at 11 AM Eastern) with daily reminders and videos. The course is free, but we do accept donations.
In less than 30 minutes per day for 11 days, Expand the 4 Agreements, the 5th agreement, and the Masteries of Love and Self to tangible practices that will enhance every aspect of your life; Guiding you to true Peace within yourself and your realationships. Through video content and journal reflection you will raise your consciousness, heal your physical, mental and spiritual layers and the collective consciousness.
